Abstract:
A magnolol derivative and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The magnolol derivative has a structure represented by formula (1). The magnolol derivative has good water solubility, is colorless and transparent after dissolved, has a significant inhibitory effect on the existing gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, fungi, etc., and can be used in fields such as food, medicine, and cosmetics as a green natural preservative.
