Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is, when a driver is in a driving situation genuinely requiring monitoring, to enable causing the driver to be priority monitored by a manager. Provided is a management assistance system comprising a first monitoring device for monitoring a travel state of a vehicle to be monitored, a second monitoring device for monitoring a physical state of a driver at time of driving, a server, and a manager terminal. The first monitoring device transmits first monitor information to the server when the travel state satisfies a prescribed first alert condition, and the second monitoring device transmits second monitor information to the server when the physical state at time of driving satisfies a prescribed second alert condition. The server comprises: a storage part for storing a monitoring necessity assessment condition for assessing whether the driving state of the driver is at a level whereat the monitoring is necessitated; an assessment processing part for carrying out, on the basis of the received first and second monitor information, an assessment of whether the monitoring necessity assessment condition has been satisfied; and a transmission part for transmitting to the manager terminal, if it has been assessed that the monitoring necessity assessment condition has been satisfied, monitoring necessity notification information for indicating that the driving state of the driver is at the level whereat the monitoring is necessitated.
