Abstract:
This management method comprises: a step for acquiring event information indicating the occurrence of an event on a production line; a step for collecting, for each individual product, time information indicating process start time and process end time of each of a plurality of processes; a step for specifying, on the basis of the time information, a static bottleneck process among the plurality of processes; and a step for calculating a predicted completion time of processes on the production line for each individual product on the basis of the end time of the static bottleneck process for each individual product in a period before the occurrence of the event. Thus, the management method can assist even a person without background knowledge in finding unnecessary work in the production line.
