Provided is a system that enables a site manager to carry out more suitable site management by identifying a more suitable management location for a construction/building site such as a dangerous location.　This management system, which identifies a management location to be managed in a space in which a plurality of workers move, and notifies a manger, who manages the status of the space, of the management location, is provided with: a tracking means for detecting a position of a characteristic point capable of identifying the behavior of each of the plurality of workers, and for tracking a change in this position; an accumulation means for replacing the change in the position of the characteristic point tracked by the tracking means with the behavior of each of the plurality of workers, and accumulating the result as behavior information of training data through machine learning; an identification means for determining, on the basis of the behavior information stored by the storage means, whether the change in the position of the characteristic point tracked by the tracking means is an irregular behavior of the worker, and thereby identifying the management location; and a notification means for showing, on a map representing the space, the management location identified by the identification means, and notifying the manager.
