Abstract:

A manipulator material distribution device wherein the ceramic tile body texture surface decoration pattern are consistent, and a control method for manipulator material distribution and pattern adjustment. A manipulator material distribution device is composed of a block pattern material distribution mechanism assembly (1), a texture pattern material distribution mechanism assembly (3) to which the block pattern material distribution mechanism assembly (1) is moved by means of a material distribution belt (11), and a conveying module (33) for conveying to a pressing machine for molding, wherein a manipulator (12) correspondingly completes the distribution of a large block pattern, and a group of manipulators (34-38) cooperates to complete the distribution of a linear pattern. The manipulator material distribution control method comprises: (1) powering on, and starting up the manipulator material distribution device; (2) detecting whether a material level signal is present? (3) if yes, stopping a stepless variable speed motor from running; (4) if no, keeping the stepless variable speed motor running; (5) continuing to detect whether a material level signal is present? (6) if yes, stopping a stepless variable speed motor from running; (4) if no, keeping the stepless variable speed motor running; (8) repeating the described cycle until shutdown.
