Abstract:
The invention relates to a product receiving system used in the high-pressure wall- hung toilet machine in the sanitary ware industry, which enables the manual removal of intermediate products (Y) from the molds, and includes a lower mold (10) on which intermediate products (Y) are produced. The features of the invention is that, it comprises the carrier (20) associated with the back surface of the lower mold (10) and moves the lower mold (10) up and down linearly, the friction slide (30) positioned on both sides of the lower mold (10), the product receiving jacket (40) that moves back and forth on the friction slide (30) and enables the intermediate product (Y) to be taken from the lower mold (10).

CLAIMS The invention is a product receiving system used in the high - pressure wall - hung toilet machine in the sanitaryware industry, which enables the manual removal of intermediate products (Y) from the molds, and includes a lower mold (10) on which intermediate products (Y) are produced, characterized in comprising the following; a carrier (20) associated with the back surface of the lower mold (10) and moving the lower mold (10) linearly up and down, a friction slide (30) positioned on both sides of the lower mold (10), a product receiving jacket (40) that moves back and forth on the friction slide (30) and allows the intermediate product (Y) to be transported through the lower mold (10). The invention is a product receiving system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising a carrier (20) that enables the lower mold (10) to be separated from the intermediate (Y) by moving the said product receiving jacket (40) manually on the friction slides (30) and positioning it under the intermediate product (Y) in a linear manner. The invention is a product receiving system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising the said product receiving jacket (40) is made of aluminum alloy material and water - resistant wood connected on aluminum alloy material.
Description:
MANUAL FINISHED PRODUCT RECEIVING SYSTEM

Technical Field

The invention relates to the systems used for removing the products from the mold in the high-pressure wall-hung toilet bowl machine in the sanitary ware industry.

In particular, the invention relates to a manual product receiving system that enables the products manufactured in the high-pressure wall-hung toilet bowl machine to be removed manually from the molds and to reduce the operating, machine, and design costs.

Prior Art

The production of products defined as intermediate products in the sanitaryware industry is carried out on high-pressure die casting machines and it is very difficult to get the products from these molds without any damage after casting.

In the prior art, robotic systems, vertical-horizontal manipulators, and material retrieval systems are widely used to remove the products produced in high- pressure die casting machines. However, while the error rate of these applications is high, their operating costs are also extremely high as there are automation, electricity, electronics and air inputs during the application. Due to the high error rate during application, the rate of defective products increases and therefore the quality of the product decreases. Thus, in the related art, low - cost systems are needed to ensure that products produced in high-pressure die casting machines are removed from molds.

The document numbered EP1273406 can be shown as an example of the related art in the research in the literature. The said document relates to a pressured die casting system and the method for the manufacturing of toilets. In the said production method, a system in which the toilet, which is manufactured in two parts, is removed from the casting device by means of a robot and transferred to the following processes. Since transferring devices such as robots are used in the said production system, operating costs are high.

As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions necessitated an improvement in the relevant technical field.

The Purpose of Invention The invention relates to a structure for a manual finished product receiving system to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.

The primary purpose of the invention is to provide a manual product receiving system that enables the products manufactured in the high-pressure wall-hung toilet machine to be received from the molds manually.

Another purpose of the invention is to remove the products manually from the molds by means of the system driven by manpower, reducing operating costs and minimizing production errors.

Another purpose of the invention is to eliminate the errors experienced during the mold removal of products produced in high - pressure die casting machines.

In order to fulfill all the purposes stated above and that can be derived from the detailed description, the invention is a product receiving system used in the high-pressure wall-hung toilet machine in the sanitary ware industry, which enables the manual removal of semifinished products from the molds, and includes a lower mold on which semi-finished products are produced, wherein; comprises a carrier associated with the back surface of the lower mold and moving the lower mold linearly up and down, a friction slide positioned on both sides of the lower mold, a product receiving jacket that moves back and forth on the friction slide and allows the intermediate product to be transported through the lower mold.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention outlined in the drawings below and in the detailed description made by referring these figures will be understood clearly. Therefore, the evaluation should be made considering these figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, preferred embodiments of the product receiving system of the invention will be explained only for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any restrictive effect.

Figure 1 shows the disassembled view of the product receiving system of the invention. Accordingly, the product receiving system is in its most basic form comprises the lower mold (10) on which intermediate product (Y) is produced, the carrier (20) associated with the back surface of the lower mold (10) and moves the lower mold (10) up and down linearly, the friction slide (30) positioned on both sides of the lower mold (10), the product receiving jacket (40) that moves back and forth on the friction slide (30) and enables the intermediate product (Y) to be taken from the lower mold (10).

The lower mold (10) is the bottom part of the mold set used in the production of intermediate products (Y) on a high - pressure die casting machine, and intermediate products (Y) are produced on it.

A carrier (20) moving linearly up and down is attached to the rear surface of the lower mold (10) to ensure that the intermediate product (Y) is taken from the lower mold (10) after the production of the intermediate product (Y) is completed in the high - pressure die casting machine. The said carrier (20) allows the lower mold (10) to move up and down linearly.

A friction slide (30) is positioned on both sides of the lower mold (10). As can be seen in Figure 2, a product receiving jacket (40) is also placed on the friction slides (30). The said product receiving jacket (40) is made of aluminum alloy material and water - resistant wood connected on aluminum alloy material and is in a structure suitable for the intermediate product (Y) form. The product receiving jacket (40) is moved back and forth on the friction slides (30) and provides transportation of the intermediate product (Y) that is taken from the lower mold (10) as seen in Figure 3.

The working principle of the finished product receiving system of the invention is as follows; After the casting program is completed in the high - pressure die casting machine, the mold set is opened in accordance with the intermediate product (Y) reference as shown in Figure 4, and the product receiving jacket (40) is manually driven on the friction slides (30) to take the intermediate product (Y) from the lower mold (10).

After the product receiving jacket (40) is positioned under the intermediate product (Y), the carrier (20) is moved linearly and the lower mold (10) is separated from the intermediate (Y) and made remain on the product receiving jacket (40).

The product receiving jacket (40) is moved on the friction slides (30) by the operators and transferred to the nearest station by hand. The transportation process is carried out separately for each mold intermediate product (Y).
