In order to improve quality of containers with labels, this device for manufacturing a container with a label is provided with: a feeding unit (20) which feeds out an elongate film (1) on which multiple labels (10) are arrayed in the longitudinal direction on one surface; and a conveyance unit for conveying separated labels (10) into molds (91) and is provided with a removal unit (60) which removes labels (10) from the film (1) fed out by the feeding unit (20) and an arrangement unit (60) which arranges the labels (10) removed by the removal unit (60) inside of molds (91). Further, the device is provided with: a molding unit (90) which supplies a molding material into the molds (91) and molds containers to which the labels (10), arranged inside of the molds (91) by the arrangement unit (60), are adhered on the outer wall; and an inspection unit (40) which inspects whether or not the label (10) prior to separation by the removal unit (70) is in a prescribed state.
