Abstract:
Provided is a technology for manufacturing a resin composite material in which a filler is dispersed in a synthetic resin using a liquid medium, the technology being designed to improve production efficiency, reduce energy used, and reduce environmental impact. The apparatus (10) for manufacturing a resin composite material is provided with: a hopper (11) into which a synthetic resin and a filler are loaded; an introducing unit (12) for introducing high pressure steam into the synthetic resin and filler; a kneading unit (13) for kneading a condensate of the high pressure steam (liquid medium), the synthetic resin and the filler at a set temperature; a discharge section (14) for discharging the condensate contained in the kneaded product at a pressure lower than the saturated vapor pressure at the kneading temperature; and a removal section (15) for removing the kneaded product from which the condensate has been discharged.
