Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an aerogel superhydrophobic thermally-insulating ultrathin felt. First, an aerogel powder is dispersed in a solvent, then a fiber is dissolved therein, and then, by means of a secondary molding process of preforming followed by drying, the aerogel superhydrophobic thermally-insulating ultrathin felt is manufactured. For the aerogel superhydrophobic thermally-insulating ultrathin felt, the secondary molding process for aerogel felt processing is employed for increased simplicity; moreover, the aerogel felt manufactured is not prone to dropping powder and prevents dust pollution and performance loss; the thickness can be 500 μm to 5000 μm, thus making up for shortcomings of the aerogel felt in application.
