Abstract:
A manufacturing method for an explosion-proof mobile phone glass back cover, comprising the following steps: printing a pattern layer, i.e., printing a pattern ink (6) required for printing patterns onto the inner side surface of a glass back cover (2) by means of a gravure pad printing device, and curing the pattern ink (6) to form the pattern layer; and printing an explosion-proof layer, i.e., printing an explosion-proof ink (7) onto the pattern layer by means of the gravure pad printing device, and curing the explosion-proof ink (7). According to the present invention, the pattern ink printing achieves high precision, small thickness, simplified process flow, and more efficient production; and the explosion-proof layer is formed by direct ink printing so that the whole back cover is lighter and thinner.
