Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a sintered magnet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing an R-Fe-B-based magnetic powder; sintering the F-Re-B-based magnetic powder to manufacture a sintered magnet; preparing an eutectic alloy containing Pr, Al, Cu, and Ga; and subjecting the sintered magnet to infiltration with the eutectic alloy, wherein R is Nd, Pr, Dy, Ce, or Tb and the infiltration step includes the steps of coating the sintered magnet with the eutectic alloy and thermally treating the eutectic alloy-coated sintered magnet.
