Abstract:
A manufacturing process for a paper film bag for packaging, comprising the following steps: S1: cutting a paper sheet to achieve a suitable size; S2: performing a printing treatment on the paper sheet, printing the front side by using aqueous ink; and performing, at a position on the back side where adhesion is required, printing of an aqueous heat-sensitive adhesive by using a multi-seat flexographic printing unit; and S3: performing high-temperature hot-press sealing, and finally obtaining a paper film bag. The obtained paper film bag completely uses paper packaging, and avoids the degradation problem brought about by using a plastic film, such that the whole package is more environmentally friendly and can be sufficiently degraded, and in order to prevent the diffusion of an adhesive during heat sealing, a special aqueous heat-sensitive adhesive is used to ensure stable adhesion during heat sealing; and the front side of the paper sheet is treated by flexographic printing using aqueous flexographic ink, and in this way, when a corresponding packaging bag is printed, there is no toxic and harmful substance, such that no impact on the packaged material is caused, and even foods can also be packaged, thereby having a wide application range.
