Abstract:
Provided is a manufacturing process for a welded electronic part made from a poorly weldable material, comprising: opening a through-hole on a welding foot of a welded electronic part made from a poorly weldable material, then stamping a filler made from a weldable material or a material which becomes weldable after electroplating into the through-hole by a stamping device. The welded electronic part manufactured has a good welding property at the welding foot thereof. When welding is required, the welding foot is inserted into a welding hole on a circuit board, and fixed directly by tin soldering. Because the through-hole at the welding foot is embedded with the filler made from the weldable material, the soldering tin can be firmly welded to the welding foot, with the welding being firm, reliable, and convenient, and the manufacturing process is very simple, low in manufacturing cost, and advantageous to be widely popularized and applied.
