The present invention is provided with: linear working yards which are provided inside a building, and in which at least one type of work from among rebar assembly, formwork assembly, concrete placing, and form removal is performed; linear stacking yards which are provided outside the building and parallel to the working yards, and in which precast concrete articles manufactured in the working yards are stacked; and conveyance channels which intersect central sections of the working yards and stacking yards, and through which the manufactured precast concrete articles are conveyed. The working yards are provided with: cranes provided inside the building which hoist rebars, formworks, and/or concrete; and rails along which the cranes travel. The stacking yards are provided with: cranes provided outside the building which hoist the precast concrete articles; and rails along which the cranes travel. The conveyance channels are provided with: conveyance devices for conveying the precast concrete articles; and rails along which the conveyance devices travel.
