Abstract:
A marine biofouling prevention apparatus for a seawater battery is disclosed. A marine biofouling prevention apparatus for a seawater battery according to the present invention comprises: a reciprocating member comprising, inside a housing, interference bars each of which is reciprocatably positioned between respective seawater batteries arranged at an interval by means of a fixing frame, and a connection portion which is integrated with the interference bars by being connected to one end of each of the interference bars and has a fluid resistance surface so as to be resisted by a fluid; and a guide member provided on the housing or the fixing frame and coupled to the reciprocating member so as to guide the reciprocation of the reciprocating member. As the pressure due to the flow of a fluid is applied to the fluid resistance surface, the reciprocating member moves in accordance with the guiding by the guide member and thus the interference bars physically remove marine biofouling organisms adhered to the surface of the seawater battery.
