Abstract:
A marine reaction fin having reduced vibration, comprising a tail column (1) and a fin hub (2). The fin hub (2) sleeves on the tail column (1). The fin hub (2) is provided with a blade. The fin hub (2) is integrally formed with the blade by casting. An annular gap is formed between the tail column (1) and the fin hub (2). A front end and a rear end of the fin hub (2) are each provided with a baffle (3). The baffle (3) is welded to an outer surface of the fin hub (2) and an outer surface of the tail column (1). The annular gap is filled with epoxy resin (4). The reaction fin has a simple structure, and the fin hub (2) is integrally formed with the blade by casting, improving assembly soundness, and facilitating manufacturing. The annular gap between the fin hub (2) and the tail column (1) is filled with epoxy resin (4), reducing vibration noise of the fin hub (2), improving reaction fin quality and rigidity, and prolonging service life.
