The present invention provides a mask forming machine, comprising: a welding and cutting apparatus comprising a transverse welding mechanism, a longitudinal welding mechanism, a longitudinal cutting mechanism, a first power mechanism, a second power mechanism, and a third power mechanism, the longitudinal welding mechanism being located between the transverse welding mechanism and the longitudinal cutting mechanism, the first power mechanism being in transmission connection with the transverse welding mechanism, the second power mechanism being in transmission connection with the longitudinal welding mechanism, the third power mechanism being in transmission connection with the longitudinal cutting mechanism, the first power mechanism being correspondingly provided with an encoder, and the encoder obtaining the rotational speed of the first power mechanism to generate a rotational speed signal; a color identification apparatus comprising a color sensor for identifying the color of a mask body to generate a color signal; and a control system used for receiving the color signal and the rotational speed signal to control the rotational speeds of the second power mechanism and the third power mechanism so as to position a pattern of the mask body, so that the pattern of each mask is located at the same position.
