Abstract:
This method for producing pluripotent stem cells comprises steps (a) and (b) below: (a) a step for filling a culture container with a liquid culture medium, and elevating the temperature of the liquid culture medium in the culture container to a temperature at which pluripotent cells can proliferate; and (b) a step for seeding the pluripotent stem cells to the liquid culture medium in the culture container, and performing a suspension cultivation.
