Disclosed are a massage armchair, and a massage mechanism and massage method thereof. The massage mechanism comprises a connecting seat (1), a supporting seat assembly (20), upper massage arms (21), lower massage arms (22), a kneading shaft (32) and a first driving assembly (31), wherein the first driving assembly (31) is used for driving the kneading shaft (32) to rotate, such that a connecting member (29) and a connecting shaft (23) are driven to perform a reciprocating motion on the supporting seat assembly (20), and upper massage rolling wheels (211) and lower massage rolling wheels (221) are close to each other or away from each other, so as to achieve a shoulder clamping action; and at the same time, the two upper massage arms (21) and the upper massage rolling wheels (211) are driven to be close to each other or away from each other, and the two lower massage arms (22) and the lower massage rolling wheels (221) are close to each other or away from each other, so as to achieve a kneading action. The shoulder clamping and kneading actions of the massage mechanism can be synchronously completed by means of the rotation of the single kneading shaft (32). The massage mechanism is simple in structure, and is small in size.
