Abstract:
Disclosed is a massaging apparatus providing a stress index. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the massaging apparatus comprises: a user information acquisition unit for acquiring user's biometric information and at least one of user motion information and user contact information; a feedback providing unit for determining whether to use the user's biometric information on the basis of the user contact information; a biometric information processing unit for processing the acquired biometric information to generate stress algorithm input data; and a stress index calculating unit for calculating a stress index by using the stress algorithm input data.
