Abstract:
A material belt cutting apparatus and a stacking device, comprising a die cutting module (100) and a first buffer module (200). The die cutting module can reciprocatingly move along a conveying line of a material belt; the die cutting module comprises a first upper cutter die (110) and a first lower cutter die (120); the first upper cutter die and the first lower cutter die can approach each other to cut the material belt; the first buffer module is located upstream of the die cutting module; the first buffer module comprises a first buffer roller, and the first buffer roller can move to buffer or release the material belt. The first buffer module is used for enabling the die cutting module and the material belt to be relatively static in the conveying direction of the material belt during cutting. When the die cutting module performs cutting, the first buffer module can buffer or release a part of the material belt, compensating for a speed difference between the material belt and the die cutting module, and further improving the degree at which the die cutting module and the material belt are relatively static in the conveying direction of the material belt during cutting, so that the material belt cutting apparatus can improve the edge cutting quality when a movement following-based cutting method is used for die cutting.
