Disclosed is a material belt feeding device, comprising a platform (10). A bottom plate (20) and a side pushing assembly are arranged on the platform (10), and the side pushing assembly pushes the bottom plate (20) to move on the platform; a belt conveying assembly is arranged on the bottom plate (20), a first end (231) and a second end (232) are arranged on a belt (23) of the belt conveying assembly, and the movement directions of the first end (231) and the second end (232) are configured to be in parallel; and a first material box (30) is fixedly arranged at the first end (231), and a second material box (31) is fixedly arranged at the second end (232); a jacking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the platform, and the jacking assembly comprises a jacking column (54) moving up and down; and a first through hole is provided in the platform in a penetrating manner, a second through hole is respectively provided in the bottom of the first material box (30) and the bottom of the second material box (31), and the jacking column (54) penetrates from the first through hole to the second through hole so as to jack up a material belt (60). The device is convenient for material belt feeding, improves working efficiency, and is convenient and practical.
