The present disclosure provides a material delivery method, a material delivery control device, a sorting machine and a sorting system. The material delivery method is applied to the sorting machine. The sorting machine comprises an upper-layer feeding device rotatable about an axis and a lower-layer receiving device rotatable about the axis. The upper-layer feeding device comprises one or more sorting stations, wherein a target sorting station of the sorting stations is used to deliver a target material; and the lower-layer receiving device comprises one or more conveying mechanisms, wherein a target conveying mechanism among the conveying mechanisms is used to receive the target material. The material delivery method comprises: obtaining a relative position between the target sorting station and the target conveying mechanism, and a rotating speed of the lower-layer receiving device; determining a target position range according to the rotating speed; and when the relative position is within the target position range, delivering the target material at the target sorting station. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the lower-layer receiving device rotates randomly, the upper-layer feeding device can also accurately deliver materials.
