Abstract:
A material distribution device and a material distribution method. The material distribution device comprises support mechanisms (110) and a device body (100); the device body (100) comprises a channel (101); a power mechanism (120) is mounted at the rear end of the channel (101); a conveying mechanism (160) is provided inside the channel (101); the conveying mechanism (160) comprises a screw (161) and a connecting shaft (162); mounting mechanisms (130) are provided between the connecting shaft (162) and the channel (101); the mounting mechanisms (130) each comprises a fixing piece (131) and a positioning plate (132); support mechanisms (110) are mounted at two ends of the channel (101); the support mechanisms (110) each comprises a fixing plate (111), a screw rod (112), a support rod (113), and a rotating hand wheel (115); a feeding mechanism (140) is provided on the front end of the channel (101); the feeding mechanism (140) comprises a feeding box (141); a screening mechanism (150) is provided in the feeding box (141) in a penetrating manner; and the screening mechanism (150) comprises a blocking plate (151) and leakage holes (152). The material distribution device can control the conveying volume of materials, and is easy in disassembly and replacement and convenient for transport.
