Abstract:
Disclosed is a material-pushing steering device capable of preventing surface scratching. The material-pushing steering device comprises a conveying mechanism (1) and a material-pushing mechanism (2), wherein a material-pushing outlet (3) is formed in one side face of the conveying mechanism (1), the material-pushing mechanism (2) is arranged above the conveying mechanism (1) and used for pushing materials to the material-pushing outlet (3), a gap is formed in a conveying face of the conveying mechanism (1), and a rolling body (4) capable of lifting up and down is arranged in the gap. According to the device, sheet materials are transferred to the rolling body to be pushed, friction between the rolling body and the sheet materials is rolling friction, thus greatly reducing the friction force, and preventing scratching on the bottommost layer of the sheet materials.
