Abstract:
A material supply device (1), comprising a material storage mechanism (10), the material storage mechanism (10) comprising a material storage member (11) and a material storage driving assembly (12), wherein a material storage region (110) is formed in the middle of the material storage member (11), and the material storage driving assembly (12) is in driving connection with the material storage member (11) to increase or decrease the volume of the material storage region (110) by means of driving; a feeding mechanism (20), wherein the feeding mechanism (20) comprises a first conveying platform (21), a second conveying platform (22) and a feeding assembly (23), the first conveying platform (21) surrounds the periphery of the material storage member (11), the second conveying platform (22) surrounds the periphery of the first conveying platform (21), the first conveying platform (21) is coaxial and coplanar with the second conveying platform (22), the conveying speed of the second conveying platform (22) is higher than that of the first conveying platform (21) such that workpieces (2) are arranged at intervals, and the feeding assembly (23) is arranged on the top side of the material storage member (11); and a screening mechanism (30) for transiting the workpieces (2) from the first conveying platform (21) to the second conveying platform (22) and outputting the workpieces one by one according to an ideal posture. In this way, the technical problem of how to achieve storage, screening and high-speed output of the workpieces (2) while taking universality and a small amount of damage into consideration is solved.
