Disclosed are a matrix-type track system, an associated loop-type production line and a production method therefor. The track system comprises several track nodes. Rails comprise fixing rails, direct-connection rails and turning rails. A track switch device is mounted on each of the track nodes. Two adjacent track nodes in the row and column directions are connected via a plurality of parallel fixing rails. The track switch device comprises a direct-connection rail, a turning rail, and a rail switching mechanism. Several fixing rails, several direct-connection rails and several turning rails are connected end to end in a pairwise manner to form a closed loop. The associated loop-type production line is implemented on the basis of a matrix-type track system. The composition of the associated loop-type production line can be changed at any time according to requirements due to good generality and flexibility, and the associated loop-type production line is not affected by a failure; and in addition, a workpiece can be processed or assembled after passing through the associated loop-type production line, multiple operations are executed synchronously, and the working efficiency is very high.
