Abstract:
The present invention provides a mattress and a mattress production method, said mattress having excellent body pressure dispersion and bottom-contact prevention without compromising heat retention and a feeling of being enveloped. A mattress according to the present invention is formed from a plurality of layers stacked in the thickness direction, and includes a tactile layer that is the upper side during use and a cushion layer that is the lower side during use. The tactile layer and the cushion layer include elastic bodies composed of three-dimensional film conjugates. The repulsive force of the elastic body included in the cushion layer is greater than the repulsive force of the elastic body included in the tactile layer, and is 100 N-200 N inclusive. The repulsive force of the elastic body included in the tactile layer is 10 N-80 N inclusive. The sinking amount of the tactile layer is constant regardless of load.
