Abstract:
This measuring method comprises the steps of: providing diluted blood to a reaction field of a measuring chip where a capturing body is immobilized to the reaction field, thereby causing a substance to be measured in the diluted blood to bind to the capturing body; obtaining a first signal value indicating the amount of the substance to be measured in the diluted blood in a state where the substance to be measured is bonded to the capturing body and the diluted blood is not present on the reaction field; and converting the first signal value to a second signal value indicating the amount of the substance to be measured in the liquid component of the blood. In the step of converting the first signal value to the second signal value, the first signal value is converted to the second signal value by multiplying the first signal value by a conversion coefficient c based on the degree of dilution of plasma in the diluted blood.
