Abstract:
A mechanical-type defective-product removal device for a flake material. The device comprises a conveying mechanism (1), a defective-product removal passage (2) and a defective-product removal mechanism, wherein the defective-product removal passage comprises a gap in the conveying mechanism, the defective-product removal mechanism comprises a defective-product removal executing device, the defective-product removal executing device comprises a downward pressing module (4) and/or a guiding module (5), the defective-product removal executing device is located above the defective-product removal passage, and the defective-product removal executing device can be moved up and down; and when the defective-product removal executing device is extended downwards, the guiding module is used for guiding a flake material to the defective-product removal passage, and the downward pressing module is used for pressing the flake material downwards toward the defective-product removal passage. The device can automatically and accurately remove a defective product, and is more stable and reliable for relatively thick and hard flake materials.
