Abstract:
Disclosed is a mechanical vibration isolation liquid helium re-condensation low-temperature refrigerating system, comprising a closed-cycle refrigeration system (1), a liquid helium re-condensation refrigeration and vibration isolation system (2) and a temperature feedback control system (3). The system generates and maintains liquid helium via the liquid helium re-condensation refrigeration and vibration isolation system (2), low-frequency vibration generated during the running of the system is isolated, and the problem of large fluctuation in the temperature of a closed-cycle refrigerator is solved. The liquid level height of liquid helium (9) generated by re-condensation can be controlled by the system via the temperature feedback control system (3), and temperature change regulation can be achieved.
