Abstract:
Disclosed are a mechanism and method for lithium film forming, and an apparatus and method for electrode sheet lithium-supplementing. The mechanism for lithium film forming comprises a first separation film supplying mechanism (31A), a second separation film supplying mechanism (32A), a lubricating substance applying mechanism (32), a lithium strip supplying mechanism (33) and two rollers (34), wherein the first separation film supplying mechanism supplies a first separation film (S1) to the two rollers; the second separation film supplying mechanism supplies a second separation film (S2) to the two rollers; the lithium strip supplying mechanism enables a lithium strip (L0) to be located between the first separation film and the second separation film and supplies the lithium strip to the two rollers; the lubricating substance applying mechanism supplies a lubricating substance to surfaces, facing the lithium strip, of the first separation film and/or the second separation film before same enter the two rollers; and the two rollers roll the first separation film, the lithium strip and the second separation film such that the lithium strip is rolled into a lithium foil (L1), and the lithium foil is adhered to the second separation film to form a lithium film (C). By providing the lubricating substance applying mechanism, a rolling force is reduced, and the separation film is reused.
