Title:
MEDICAL INSTRUMENT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/033764
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a medical instrument that exhibits excellent lubricity. This medical instrument has: a base layer; an adhesive layer that is formed on at least a portion of the base layer, and that contains a hydrophilic copolymer (1) including a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (A) having a sulfobetaine structure, a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (B) having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group (-SO3H), a sulfuric acid group (-OSO3H), and a sulfurous acid group (-OSO2H), and groups of salts thereof, and a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (C) having a photoreactive group; and a surface-lubricating layer that is formed on at least a portion of the adhesive layer, and that contains a polymer including a constituent unit derived from acrylamide, and a hydrophilic copolymer (2) including a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (A') having a sulfobetaine structure, a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (B') having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group (-SO3H), a sulfuric acid group (-OSO3H), and sulfurous acid group (-OSO2H), and groups of salts thereof, and a constituent unit derived from a polymerizable monomer (C') having a photoreactive group.
