Abstract:
A needle hub (14) of this medical needle (10) includes a needle retaining member (18) through which a needle insertion hole (17) is formed into which a base end side of a needle body (12) is inserted, and a hollow manipulation member (20) which is provided on a base end portion of the needle retaining member (18), wherein the base end side of the needle body (12) is connected to a wall surface that forms the needle insertion hole (17), and a distal end side recess portion (48) into which the base end portion of the needle retaining member (18) fits is formed on a distal surface of the manipulation member (20). The method for manufacturing the medical needle (10) comprises a first injection molding step, a second injection molding step, a connecting step, and a fitting step.
