Abstract:
A medical-use walking aid walking safety protection system for use in a medical-use walking aid (10), the system comprising: pressure sensors (1, 7), mounted on two foot plates (8, 12) of a medical-use walking aid (10), wherein when either foot plate (8, 12) contacts the ground, the pressure sensor (1, 7) corresponding thereto generates a pressure signal of the foot plate (8, 12) on a path surface; angle sensors (3, 4), mounted on two calves (9, 11) of the medical-use walking aid (10) and connected to the pressure sensor (1, 7) of the same side, wherein an angle sensor (3, 4) that receives a pressure signal performs angle measurement on the slope angle of path surface and sends a measured value to a central control processor (5); and the central control processor (5), which is connected to the angle sensors (3, 4), and compares a received measured value with a slope safety angle allowance value and if the measured value is not greater than the slope safety angle allowance value, then walking continues, and if the measured value is greater than the slope safety angle allowance value, then walking stops.
