Abstract:
A medical waste crushing and dewatering apparatus, comprising a housing (1), a compacting cavity (2) being disposed at the top of the housing (1), a compacting roller (3) being movably connected to the inner wall of the compacting cavity (2), a drainage transport cavity (4) being disposed at the bottom of the compacting cavity (2), a transport roller (5) being arranged on the inner wall of the drainage transport cavity (4), a drainage conveyor belt (6) being movably connected to the outer side of the transport roller (5), a drainage channel (7) being disposed on one side of the bottom of the drainage transport cavity (4), a shredding cavity (12) being disposed on the other side of the bottom of the drainage transport cavity (4), and a shredding roller (13) being arranged on the inner wall of the shredding cavity (12). By means of the use of the compacting roller, the hard structure of hard material waste in the medical waste is broken. By means of the squeezing action of the compacting roller, the liquid content of the medical waste is removed and is transported and filtered by means of the drainage conveyor belt, and the waste finally is crushed by means of shredding blades after undergoing compaction and hard structure breaking.
