Abstract:
A medium-flame-retardant copper ion fiber composite fabric and a fabrication method therefor, the medium-flame-retardant copper ion fiber composite fabric comprising 20% of copper fibers combined with 80% of polyester. Also provided is the fabrication method for the medium-flame-retardant copper ion fiber composite fabric, the method comprising the following steps: S1, gluing: gluing a copper ion fiber fabric having a mass of 50-100 g by means of a gluing machine; and S2, laminating: laminating the 50-100 g of copper ion fiber fabric and 200-400 g of a polyester fabric by adopting a PUR hot melt adhesive machine. The medium-flame-retardant copper ion fiber composite fabric uses the ratio of 20% copper fibers combined with 80% polyester, and can both ensure the antibacterial effect of the fabric, and improve the toughness of the fabric, making the fabric durable and washable. The copper ion fiber fabric and the polyester fabric are processed by means of gluing, laminating, maintaining, edge cutting, cleaning, liquid preparing, absorbing and soaking, cleaning, rail pressing and drying, so that the medium-flame-retardant copper ion fiber composite fabric is formed.
