A medium-low-temperature biomass fuel drying system using solar energy and biomass energy comprises a solar greenhouse, a solar energy accumulation bed (1), an air condenser (3), a water bath deduster (4), a heat source, an air heater (11), pipes connected the devices, and valves and a fan disposed on the pipes. The solar energy accumulation bed (1) comprises upper and lower air bellows (1.1), a plurality of solar heat collection and accumulation pipes (1.3), and a sealed chamber. The outer surface of the pipe walls of air guiding pipes (1.2) of the solar heat collection and accumulation pipes (1.3) are coated with heat accumulation materials. The sealed chamber is formed by defining the upper and lower air bellows (1.1), a front transparent panel (1.4), a bottom plate (1.5) with the nontransparent rear portion and side surface, and side plates. All the solar heat collection and accumulation pipes (1.3) are located in the sealed chamber. In the system, drying can be conducted by means of a high-low potential energy combination manner, the solar energy is sufficiently and efficiently utilized, and it can be ensured that the drying process is smoothly conducted under the situation that the material humidity is high, and the quantity is great.
