Abstract:
Provided is a melted burr removal device for which deburring blades can be replaced in a short time without requiring assembly of the deburring blades or the like to be performed on-site between transport rollers. This melted burr removal device 1 has a deburring blade 3, a blade seat 4 serving as the seat for the deburring blade, a blade seat support base 5 that supports the blade seat, an arm 6 that is provided with the blade seat support base on the distal end thereof, and an arm vibration and lift drive unit 7 that causes the arm to be lifted and lowered and to be extended and contracted and causes the arm to vibrate, said melted burr removal device being configured so that: the outer dimensions of the blade seat are larger than the inner diameter (diameter) of the blade seat support base; the lower portion of the blade seat is an insertion portion 9 to be inserted into the hollow space of the blade seat support base; the deburring blade and the blade seat are formed into an integrated structure by bolts 16, 17 and nuts 18, 19; and the deburring blade is disposed in a designated location by way of inserting the insertion portion into the hollow space of the blade seat support base.
