Abstract:
Provided are evaluation indicators for accurately and objectively evaluating services provided by members. Provided is a member information provision system comprising a member database that stores member information for each member, a reception unit that receives, over a network, requests including member-specifying information that specifies a member, a member information acquisition unit that acquires, from the member database, member information regarding members specified by the member-specifying information, a response data generation unit that uses the member information acquired by the member information acquisition unit to generate response data, and a transmission unit that transmits the response data to a requesting source that issued the request over the network. The member information includes evaluation information regarding member services, and the evaluation information is categorized on the basis of service provision region and specialization and includes category evaluation data for each category.
