Abstract:

The present invention improves reliability of a member formed of dissimilar metals. This member has a first metal region comprising a first material; a second metal region comprising a second material different from the first material; and a mixed region which is formed between the first metal region and the second metal region and in which the first and second materials are mixed. In a cross-sectional view: an interface between the first metal region and the mixed region is represented by a line having a first curved line that swells on the first metal region side and a second curved line that swells on the first metal region side; and, at an intersection of the first curved line and the second curved line, the angle formed on the first metal region side between a tangent to the first curved line and a tangent to the second curved line is not less than 70 degrees but is less than 180 degrees.
