Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, a memory management method in a virtualization system comprises the steps of: lending a first swap cache from a memory of a first virtual machine upon the occurrence of a memory deficiency during a write operation of data of a second page in a memory of a second virtual machine having data of a first page recorded thereon; swap-outing a portion of or the whole data of the first page with the lent first swap cache; and storing the data of the second page in the spare area of the memory of the second virtual machine.
