Abstract:
Disclosed are a mesh belt plane gyratory screen with an upper large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen and a grain impurity removal method thereof. The mesh belt plane gyratory screen comprises a screen frame (1), wherein a screen box (2) is suspended in the screen frame (1) via rocker rods (9), swing rods or steel wire ropes; the screen box (2) is internally provided with a large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) and a small-impurity mesh belt screen (4); the large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) is arranged above the small-impurity mesh belt screen (4); the screen box (2) is connected to a plane gyratory motion mechanism (5) to provide, via the plane gyratory motion mechanism, the screen box with a power source for performing circular motion in the screen box; two sides of the large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) and/or the small-impurity mesh belt screen (4) are/is provided with blocking flanges (6); a lower portion of the large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) is provided with a grain-guiding mechanism (7); an inlet of the small-impurity mesh belt screen (4) is located at the lower end of the grain-guiding mechanism (7) so that grain sieved by the entire large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) is fully sieved over the entire length of the small-impurity mesh belt screen (4); and the large- and medium-impurity mesh belt screen (3) and the small-impurity mesh belt screen (4) are both connected to a driving mechanism (8). The mesh belt plane gyratory screen is used for removing impurities from grain.
