Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a mesh filter having a shape in which the mesh section can be prevented from becoming the section to be filled last and in which the mesh section can be reinforced. [Solution] A mesh filter 1 comprises: a disc-shaped mesh section 2 having a plurality of openings through which a fluid can pass; an annular frame section 4 which supports an outer circumferential side of the mesh section 2; and a button-shaped thick section 5 positioned on the inner circumferential side of the mesh section 2. In the frame section 4, a gate separation portion 6 is positioned at one point in the circumferential direction. In the mesh section 2, a plurality of inner ribs 12 and a plurality of outer ribs 13 are formed so as to be linearly symmetric with respect to a virtual straight line 11 passing through the center of the gate separation portion 6 and dividing the planar shape of the frame section 4 in half. The inner ribs 12 are formed at four points at equal intervals around a center axis 7 of the thick section 5. The outer ribs 13 extend radially inward from an inner circumferential surface 4a of the frame section 4, and a pair of the outer ribs 13 are formed so as to be separated from each other on both sides of an extension of each of the inner ribs 12.
