Abstract:
Provided is a mesh hook surface fastener that does not lose any engagement ability, even when molded in, and has little sensation of feeling foreign. A first shape holding protrusion (a21) having a relatively low protrusion height and a second shape holding protrusion (a22) having a relatively high protrusion height are: alternately arranged; and protrude to the opposite side from hook-shaped engagement elements (B1, B2), having a base layer (A1) therebetween. The heights of adjacent shape holding protrusions (a21, a22) are different, therefore direct incursion of a foamed resin liquid is avoided and momentum is suppressed. When momentum reduces, foam hardening proceeds more readily and, as a result, the amount of foamed resin liquid that passes through the mesh of the base layer and passes through to the hook-shaped engagement element side can be suppressed.
