Abstract:
In order to enable the final state of a message to be outputted while suppressing the output of the message, the present invention receives an incoming message and, when the reception time of the incoming message is within a first prescribed duration from the reception of a related message associated with the incoming message, outputs the incoming message if a next related message is not received within a second prescribed duration exceeding the first prescribed duration from the reception time.
