The message pushing method comprises: acquiring n pieces of feature information of a first user (401), n being a positive integer; calling an opportunity estimation model to process the n pieces of feature information to obtain an expected opening rate of the first user in m preset time periods (402), m being a positive integer; determining a target time period among the m preset time periods on the basis of the expected opening rate of the first user in the m preset time periods (403); and sending a push message to a target terminal in the target time period (404). Probability prediction is performed by combining feature information of individual users, and the individual difference is fully considered, so that the time period of sending the push message can be more accurately determined, thereby improving the opening rate of the push message.
