Abstract:
A metal card manufacturing method, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing a metal sheet having a size capable of accommodating a plurality of individual cards; preparing a ferromagnetic insulation sheet formed by having epoxy contained in ferrite, and having the same size capable of accommodating the plurality of individual cards; preparing an inlay sheet having the same size as the insulation sheet and having an antenna coil printed thereon, and forming a hole in at least one corner of a laminated sheet formed by laminating a plurality of sheets including the insulation sheet and the inlay sheet; inserting the hole formed on the laminated sheet in a loading plate pin; combining the metal sheet onto the top of the laminated sheet; forming a metal card sheet by laminating the metal sheet and the laminated sheet; and cutting the metal card sheet along the outlines of the plurality of individual cards.
