Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve a metal fiber sheet which has higher heat exchange ability with a heat control subject surface of a temperature control unit than ever before; and the present invention provides a metal fiber sheet (10) which comprises an inner fiber layer (12) that is formed of a porous body wherein the shapes of fibers are maintained, said porous body having pores, and outer fiber layers (11, 13) between which the inner fiber layer (12) is sandwiched. With respect to this metal fiber sheet (10), a plurality of fibers (14, 15) that are present in the outermost surfaces of the outer fiber layers (11, 13) have planar parts; and the planar parts of the plurality of fibers are present on the generally same plane.
