Abstract:
A metal pipe section deburring device for electromechanical machining comprising an operation platform (2). A conveying device (3) is provided on the operation platform (2). A grinding frame (4) is provided in positions on the operation platform (2) located on two sides of the conveying device (3). A grinding device (7) is provided on an upper portion of the grinding frame (4). Two lifting devices (5) distributed in a mirror-symmetrical manner are provided in positions below the grinding frame (4). A holding and rotating device (6) is provided on the lifting device (5). A blocking device (8) is further provided on an upper side of the conveying device (3). During use, a metal pipe is driven by the conveying device (3) to move, is blocked by the blocking device (8), and is then held by the holding and rotating device (6). The lifting device (5) lifts the metal pipe, and the holding and rotating device (6) drives the metal pipe to rotate. At the same time, the grinding device (7) at the top performs comprehensive grinding of the metal pipe. After grinding, the lifting device (5) lowers the metal pipe, and at the same time, the blocking device (8) is lifted to unblock the ground metal pipe, thereby quickly deburring the metal pipe, and improving the efficiency of deburring.
